口音的不同特点与地域、生活环境和受教育程度有关。英语方言口音的屡屡出现,经常导致误解的情况,阻碍了有效的跨文化交流,因此我们必须重视外语口语准确发音的培养。本文简要介绍四种不同的英语口音的形成原因、各自的发音和音调特征。口语标准化发音既是中西文化不断碰触和融合的要求,也是军事外语教学必须攻克的难关,更是新世纪中国外语教育的一项紧迫而重要的任务。
Different characteristics of accents are related to the area, living environment and level of education. The frequent occurrence of accent in English dialect often leads to misunderstanding and hinder the effective intercultural communication. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the training of accurate pronunciation of spoken English. This article briefly describes the formation of four different accent accent, their pronunciation and pitch characteristics. The standard pronunciation of spoken English is not only the requirement of the constant collision and integration of Chinese and Western cultures, but also the difficulty that military foreign language teaching must overcome. It is also an urgent and important task for Chinese foreign language education in the new century.
