2016年3月18日,国务院常务会议审议通过了全面推开“营改增”试点方案,明确自2016年5月1日起,全面推开营改增试点,将建筑业纳入试点范围。“营改增”对建筑业的税负、会计指标和管理模式等方面将产生重大影响。“营改增”是挑战,更是机遇,建筑业应积极应对,吃透文件、规定,采取及时有效的对策,使企业更加规范化,顺利过渡。
