为了探讨新时期高中学生的健康状况,指导其卫生保健工作,分析了山东省17市(地)1994～1998年报考军队院校的高考上线全部考生的身体健康状况.1 材料与方法山东省1994～1998年17市(地)报考军队院校高考达本科录取分数线以上考生共15681人(资料来自山东省军区招生办及其体检站),男12619人,女3062人,年龄18～20岁,平均18.6岁.所有考生均进行内、外、眼、耳鼻喉、口腔、胸部X线透视、肝功、HBsAg及艾滋病病毒抗体检测,女生另进行妇科检查.合格标准:各科均正常或不影响正常生理功能,不影响外貌,无严重畸型;双眼视力均≥4.7(矫正视力≥5.0,对数视力表法);肝功能正常,HBsAg阴性;无其他传染病和遗传性疾病.标准中有1项不合格即为不合格.
