受美国次贷危机的影响,哈萨克斯坦的不动产市场自2007年下半年以来表现得很不正常。现在哈国银行已经停止发放按揭贷款,而且这种贷款的利息也已经高得令人无法接受。有人甚至用“破产”和“恐慌”等词汇来形容哈萨克斯坦的不动产市场。不过,哈萨克斯坦房地产经纪人协会主席阿布来罕·赛买丁对不动产市场“破产”和“发生金融危机”的说法有不同看法。他认为,哈萨克斯坦的不动产市场没有发生任何可怕的事情。
Affected by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States, the real estate market in Kazakhstan has performed abnormally since the second half of 2007. Bank of Kazakhstan has now stopped issuing mortgages, and the interest on such loans has also been unacceptably high. Some people even use the words “bankruptcy” and “panic” to describe the real estate market in Kazakhstan. However, Abu Al-Saeed, chairman of the Kazakhstan Association of Realtors, has a different view on the real estate market “bankruptcy” and “financial crisis”. In his opinion, nothing terrible happened to the real estate market in Kazakhstan.
