本研究开发了一种用于大鼠运动训练的实验跑台。由6个跑道组成,其中2个常规平面跑道,2个左右摆动跑道,2个前后摆动跑道,每个跑道的后端均安装有电刺激装置。通过6台交流调速电机为跑道提供动力,采用MSP430F149作为控制核心以调节跑道的摆动频率和电刺激强度,采用IAR for MSP430设计系统软件;实现了平面跑道速度在0~30m/min范围内独立可调,前后摆动跑道的摆动频率为3~25次/min,左右摆动跑道的摆动频率为3~32次/min,每个跑道具有强、中、弱三档电击强度。该数字化大鼠综合训练跑台可实现大鼠不同跑步训练的要求,可为人类疾病的治疗机制研究提供相关实验数据。
This study developed an experimental treadmill for exercise training in rats. It is composed of 6 runways, of which 2 are regular runways, 2 swinging runways, 2 swinging runways, and the rear of each runway is equipped with electrical stimulation. Six running motors were used to power the runway. MSP430F149 was used as the control core to adjust the running frequency and electrical stimulation intensity of the runway. IAR for MSP430 was used to design the system software.
