国务院学位委员会农科第三批博士、硕士学位授予单位审核会议于1986年4月10日至20日在我校召开。参加会议的61位专家、教授按照《国务院学位委员会关于审定学位授予单位的原则和办法》第三条、第四条规定的条件和《国务院学位委员会关于做好第三批博士和硕士学位授予单位审核工作的通知》的有关规定,结合农科的特点和当前的实际情况,在“坚持标准,严格要求,保证质量,公正合理”的原则下,对农科各单位
