In this paper, a model of the sc he duling of machine tools in the flexible manufacturing line is presented by inten sive analysis and research of the mathematical method of traditional scheduling. The various factors correlative with machine tools in the flexible manufacturin g line are fully considered in this system. Aiming at this model, an intelligent decision system based on rules and simulation technology integration is constru cted by using the OOP (Object-Orented Programming) method, and the simulation e xperiment analysis is carried out. It is shown from the results that the model i s better in practice.
