每一个学生在课堂的学习中,都渴望得到来自老师的评价。这就如同我们照镜子,期望可以从镜子中显现出自己的影像一般。教师就像是学生们的镜子,学生们的一举一动,教师都可以通过评价的方式对学生进行反馈,让学生了解到自己行为是否正当。对于小学英语教学来说也同样如此,教师对学生进行评价,能够让学生及时了解自己的情况,以及达到的学习水平,从而让学生对自己提高的方向有清楚的认识。优化评价体系,提高课堂教学的有效性,应当成为英语教师所要关注的重要问题。
Every student in the classroom learning, are eager to get the evaluation from the teacher. It’s just as if we were looking in the mirror, hoping to show our image in the mirror. Teachers are like the mirror of the students, the students’ every move, teachers can feedback students by way of evaluation, so that students understand their behavior is justified. The same is true for primary English teaching. Teachers evaluate students to keep students informed about their situation and the level of learning they have achieved so that students have a clear idea of where they are going. To optimize the evaluation system and improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching should be an important issue that English teachers should pay attention to.
