目的研究采样面积大小对皮肤消毒效果判断的影响。方法采用棉拭子涂抹法,对不同采样面积影响皮肤消毒效果情况进行了比较。结果在相同消毒操作条件下,采样面积为3cm×3cm,皮肤消毒合格率为100%;采样面积为5cm×5cm,皮肤消毒合格率为98.40%。结论在皮肤消毒效果评价中,采样面积应执行2012年版《医疗机构消毒技术规范》规定的5cm×5cm。
Objective To study the effect of sampling area size on skin disinfection. Methods The cotton swab smear method was used to compare the effects of different sampling areas on the skin disinfection. Results Under the same disinfection operation conditions, the sampling area was 3cm × 3cm, the pass rate of skin disinfection was 100%, the sampling area was 5cm × 5cm, the pass rate of skin disinfection was 98.40%. Conclusions In the evaluation of skin disinfection effect, the sampling area should be 5cm × 5cm prescribed in the 2012 edition of “Technical Specifications for Sterilization of Medical Institutions”.
