本文叙述并比较了三种空间角度计算方法——投影变换法、六面体法、球面三角形法的基本理论与应用范围,对其计算公式的内在联系进行了一定分析。根据组合夹具的结构原理,对其定位角与定向角的计算探讨出适用于一般情况的计算公式,并就两个典型零件的组合夹具,用球面法进行计算,经其它计算方法验证,球面三角形法有一定的优点。本文提出用迹线法来理解球面法,使球面直角三角形计算公式便于理解和记忆,对推广、应用球面法进行空间角度计算有一定意义。
This paper describes and compares three methods of calculating the spatial angle - the basic principles of projection transformation, the hexahedral method and the spherical triangulation method, and compares their calculation formulas. According to the structure principle of the combination fixture, the calculation formula of the orientation angle and the orientation angle of the fixture is discussed, and the calculation formula suitable for the general situation is discussed. The combination fixture of two typical components is calculated by the spherical method. After verified by other calculation methods, Law has certain advantages. This paper proposes to use the trace method to understand the spherical method, so that the spherical right-angled triangle formula is easy to understand and remember. It is of certain significance to popularize and calculate the spatial angle using the spherical method.
