名牌综合反映了一个商品品牌在质量、性质、款式、价格、服务等方面对消费者的满足程度,是消费者用钱“投票”的结果。名牌在市场竞争中是企业致胜的法宝,企业拥有了名牌就意味着拥有良好的产品形象、企业信誉,意味着企业资产中又多了一笔难以估量的无形资产,意味着企业强大的市场竞争能力和发展前景。加强品牌管理,实施名牌战略,增强产品的市场竞争力已成为我国企业经营中的关键所在。笔者以为,企业实施名牌战略应做好以下五个重点工作。
