我从1999年参加分会工作担任花卉盆景赏石分会副秘书长,2005年在第六届理事大会上经选举担任分会秘书长。秘书处作为分会的常设办事机构,有固定的办公地点,专职的工作人员,在民政部门登记注册。在没有任何上级部门拨款的情况下自筹资金坚持至今。分会一贯坚持依法办会、科学办会、民主办会的原则,本着入会自愿、退会自由、自主活动的精神,在全体理事的共同努力下,和地方政府、协会合作举办了多次盆景、赏石、菊花等专项
I participated in the club branch in 1999 as Deputy Secretary General of the Flower Bonsai Stones Branch, in 2005 the sixth board of governors elected secretary of the club. The secretariat, as a permanent branch of the club, has a fixed office, full-time staff and registers with the civil affairs department. Self-financing has persisted to the present without any funding from any higher authority. The club has consistently adhered to the principle of holding meetings in accordance with the law, holding meetings in a scientific manner and running a society of democracy. In the spirit of voluntary participation, withdrawal from the session, and voluntary activities, the branch has organized many times the cooperation with local governments and associations under the joint efforts of all directors, Rock, chrysanthemum and other special
