军队政治工作作为一种军事实践,伴随着阶级、国家的形成和军队的产生而出现,普遍存在于军队建设和战争之中。我军政治工作的创立,是中国共产党在建立中国工农红军的过程中,借鉴苏联红军相关经验,结合中国具体国情和无产阶级革命斗争的实际形成和丰富发展。
The military political work as a kind of military practice appeared along with the formation of classes and countries and the emergence of the armed forces and prevailed in army building and wars. The founding of our army’s political work was based on the experience of the Soviet Red Army in the process of establishing the Red Army for the Chinese Workers’ and Peasants and for the actual formation and development of the proletariat’s revolutionary struggle in light of China’s specific national conditions.
