目的观察和分析大量失血患者中应用成分输血对DIC发生率的影响。方法选择我院妇产科2014年10月至2015年10月收治的40例失血性休克并发DIC患者作为实验对象,将其随机分为实验组(20例)与对照组(20例),对照组患者采用输全血的方法,实验组患者采用成分输血的方法,分别比对两组患者输血后DIC的发生率情况。结果在本次临床实验当中,实验组20例DIC患者经过成分输血后,大部分患者的凝血功能均在24-72h内恢复正常,仅有2例DIC患者在输血后86h内恢复正常。对照组20例DIC患者经过输全血后,仅有14例患者的凝血功能在32-86h内恢复正常;实验组20例DIC患者经过成分输血后,APTT、PLT以及FGB分别为27.5±4.2s、13.5±3.1s、3.5±0.3g/l,对照组20例DIC患者经过输全血治疗后,APTT、PLT以及FGB分别为23.5±3.2s、15.1±3.0s、8.5±0.5g/l;两组数据比较可知,实验组的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05),结果差异显著,具有统计学意义;结论成分输血在大量失血患者临床治疗中的实践应用效果显著,通过补充高浓度、高纯度的凝血因子,以成分输血的方式在短时间内帮助患者迅速补充凝血因子,以此达到有效的止血效果,成分输血有效提高了患者抢救的成功率,在我国今后的临床治疗过程中值得推广和应用。
Objective To observe and analyze the effect of blood transfusion on the incidence of DIC in a large number of patients with blood loss.
