1991年上半年,全国冶金矿山广大职工在党的十三届七中全会和七届人大四次会议精神鼓舞下,克服了各种困难,挖掘企业内部潜力,增产节支,千方百计提高经济效益。到6月底,铁矿石、铁精矿、采剥总量实现了时间过半、完成生产任务过半的好成绩。
In the first half of 1991, under the encouragement of the 7th Plenary Session of the 13th Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee and the Fourth Session of the Seventh National People’s Congress, the vast number of workers in the country’s metallurgical mines overcame various difficulties, tapped the potential within the enterprise, increased production and expenditure, and made every effort to increase economic efficiency. By the end of June, the total output of iron ore, iron ore concentrate and mining had achieved more than half of the time and the good result of over half of the production tasks had been accomplished.
