众所周知,当下的工程管理专业人才培养体系存在的一个重要问题是创新性不够,调查研究发现创新模式的人才培养方法和项目教学法相结合,能够极大的弥补现有培养方法的不足,并完善整个人才培养体系。因此本文提出创新模式和项目教学法相结合的新模式,在该模式下,学生能够在学习专业知识的同时,更好的提高实践能力、创新能力等各方面能力;在学习中领悟创新的奥妙,在创新中完成学习目标,从而较好的掌握专业知识和技能,并在招聘中脱颖而出,找到一份满意的工作。
