全国行贿犯罪档案查询系统自2012年2月实现全国联网以来,实现了跨越式的发展,对遏制贿赂犯罪、促进诚信建设起到了极大的推动作用,得到了社会的广泛认可,查询需求不断增长。在实际操作中,查询工作规定及查询系统仍存在一些待完善之处如查询受理地的限制问题,告知函内容的问题,查询期限设置不科学问题,反馈函的具体适用问题等,文章通过问题的发现,找到解决问题的方法,提出解决问题的建议。
