政府资助民办高等教育显得极为必要且意义重大。政府资助应考虑直接资助为主、间接资助为辅,同时提供法律保障、创设良好的融资环境,从而促使民办高等教育健康、稳定、持续地向前发展。
Government-funded private higher education is extremely necessary and of great significance. Government subsidies should consider direct subsidies and indirect subsidies as supplements while providing legal protection and creating a favorable financing environment so as to promote the healthy, steady and sustained development of private higher education.
