利用扫描电镜和连续半薄切片的观察,对豚鼠椭圆囊斑微纹区和边缘区的毛细胞损伤后的恢复情况进行研究。结果,正常豚鼠的椭圆囊斑微纹区的感觉细胞主要是Ⅰ型毛细胞,连续12天皮下注射庆大霉素(100mg/kg),豚鼠椭圆囊斑的损伤主要发生在微纹区,损伤后较长存活期实验组豚鼠的椭圆囊斑微纹区中,形态类似Ⅱ型毛细胞的感觉细胞占绝大多数。提示这些类似Ⅱ型毛细胞的感觉细胞是修复过程中产生的毛细胞。
Scanning electron microscopy and continuous semi-thin sections were used to investigate the recovery of hair cells in the brains and marginal zone of guinea pigs. The results showed that the sensory cells in the nodules of the normal guinea pigs were mainly type Ⅰ hair cells and were injected subcutaneously with gentamicin (100 mg / kg) for 12 consecutive days. The damage of the oval bursa of guinea pigs mainly occurred in the microtia region, After a long period of experimental group of guinea pigs in the oval cystic micro-striated zone morphology similar to type Ⅱ hair cells in the vast majority of sensory cells. It is suggested that these sensory cells, which are similar to type II hair cells, are hair cells generated during the repair process.
