企业政工工作即对企业员工的思想政治教育工作。企业政工工作不仅是提高企业员工职业道德素质的有效途径,同时也是进一步提高钢铁企业工作生产效率的必要保障,尤其是在市场竞争日益激烈、金融危机尚未完全解除的今天,只有做好了员工的思想政治教育,才能稳定员工队伍,提高员工工作热情。本文从当前钢铁企业政工工作中存在的问题出发,探讨了工作创新的途径及措施。
