目的为了评价自制绿光冷光源建立大鼠脑血栓模型的可靠性。方法采用光化学法制备大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型,通过观察神经行为学、脑组织光镜及电镜病理等指标的改变评价该模型。结果模型组造模清醒后出现神经行为学改变, TTC染色脑冠状切面出现明显的梗死灶, HE染色及透射电镜可见神经元细胞呈不同程度的缺血性改变。结论在此冷光源条件下,建立的大鼠大脑中动脉血栓模型稳定可靠,其神经行为学、脑组织病理上接近临床。
Objective To evaluate the reliability of establishing a rat model of cerebral thrombosis by self-made green light source. Methods The rat model of middle cerebral artery thrombosis was prepared by photochemical method. The model was evaluated by observing the changes of neurobehavioral, light microscope and electron microscopy. Results After modeling, the rats in model group showed neurobehavioral changes. TTC staining showed obvious infarction on the cerebral coronal section. HE staining and transmission electron microscopy showed that the neuronal cells showed varying degrees of ischemic changes. Conclusion Under the condition of cold light source, the rat middle cerebral artery thrombosis model established is stable and reliable, and its neurobehavioral, brain pathology is close to clinical.
