With the full liberalization of the second child policy, many parents plan to have another child and the issue of education for twin families deserves attention. Families have a great influence on children’s basic English education. Parents should improve their English proficiency, update their educational philosophy, adjust their methods of parenting, enrich their educational content, and strengthen their education of family language learning strategies so as to effectively exert the positive influence of family factors on basic English education.
