幼儿园教育与家庭教育有各自的优势,都是促进幼儿全面发展的教育资源,任何一方都不可偏废。只有家庭教育与幼儿园教育优势互补,充分利用双方的教育资源,才能最大限度地发挥其作用,形成教育合力,挖掘幼儿全面、独特价值,是幼儿园可以利用的教育资源;同样,教师在工作中也尽力寻找方法,尽量不给家长增加教育负担。因此,家长的教育资源是幼儿园不能代替,更是幼儿教育中不可缺少的。
