老年退行性心瓣膜病是近年逐渐被临床医师重视的老年心血管病。该病本身缺乏特征临床表现和体征,极易误诊和漏诊。现将我院1993年至1994年10月收治18例临床分析报告如下。临床资料本组18例,男12例,女6例。年龄60～87岁,平均73岁。均经超声心动图检查确诊。一、临床表现
Aging degenerative heart valve disease is gradually in recent years by clinicians of cardiovascular disease. The disease itself lacks the characteristics of clinical manifestations and signs, easily misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis.
