本文对连铸55SiMnVB钢的偏析特征及形成原因作了分析;检验了55SiMnVB钢扁簧的力学性能;并针对重庆特殊钢厂铸机的具体情况提出了改善偏析的措施。
In this paper, the segregation characteristics and causes of 55SiMnVB continuous casting steel were analyzed. The mechanical properties of 55SiMnVB steel flat springs were tested. The measures to improve the segregation were put forward according to the specific conditions of Chongqing special steel casting machine.
