高职教育是普通高等教育的补充,发挥着重要社会职能,是培养应用型人才的主要力量。近些年来,随着国内经济的快速发展,生活质量得到提高,汽车保有量快速增长,社会对于汽车技术人才需求越来越大,尤其是汽车维修人才。为适应人力市场发展趋势,很多高职院校都纷纷设置汽车相关专业,开设汽车维修课程,培养汽车专业技术型人才。但实际教学质量却并不理想,教学模式有待改革创新。而分层教学模式的应用则能有效提升教学质量,转变教学现状。本文将针对高职汽车维修的分层教学模式应用展开研究。
Higher vocational education is a supplement to ordinary higher education, which plays an important social function and is a major force in cultivating applied talents. In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic economy, the quality of life has been improved and the car ownership has increased rapidly. The society is in increasing demand for automobile technical personnel, especially the automobile maintenance personnel. In order to meet the development trend of the human resource market, many higher vocational colleges have set up automobile-related majors, set up automobile maintenance courses and train automobile specialized and technical talents. However, the actual teaching quality is not ideal, and the teaching mode needs to be reformed and innovated. The application of the hierarchical teaching mode can effectively improve the quality of teaching and change the teaching status quo. This article will be applied to the study of the layered teaching mode of automobile maintenance in higher vocational schools.
