坝内钢管在水电站中应用广泛,但现行规范的设计理论和方法一般偏于保守,更难于适应大容量高水头电站的建设。本文在综合分析坝内钢管现行设计理论和方法的基础上,据据理论分析和大量仿真材料模型试验研究和有限元计算,对坝内钢管工作机理进行了深入的研究,提出了坝内钢管强度设计的新概念,对于改进坝内钢管的强度设计,具有重要实际意义。 坝内钢管是混凝土坝坝后式电站压力管道的经典布置型式。坝内钢管最常用结构型式是钢管和坝体混凝土浇筑在一起,钢管和混凝土联合承载。本文主要讨论联合承载的坝内钢管的强度问题。
