通过对当前小学行政管理存在的主要问题进行分析,并以此为基础,根据新形势下小学行政管理模式创新的方向,提出了几点能够强化行政管理的战略性对策,以供相关工作者参考。
Based on the analysis of the main problems existing in current primary school administration and on the basis of this, based on the direction of the innovation of primary school administration in the new situation, several strategic measures to strengthen administration are put forward for the reference of relevant workers .
