罗卫民先生的《武术的过去现在和未来》一文,是对中华武术的前世今生作了全面系统的梳理和总结。文章立足中华传统武术土壤,把握着武术的本体实质,实事求是、客观真实地追述了武术的产生、发展,以及其丰富的内涵;精准地描述和概括了中华武术当前的地位和生存发展状态;具有拓展性、科学性地勾画了武术今后相当长一个时期的发展思路。文章既有理论指导性,又有实际工作的启发性与操作性,既高屋建瓴又具实用价值,对主导武术发展的政府主管部门和关心武术发展的学界,以及从事武术事业发展的实践者,都应有很大的启发意义。本刊幸得佳作,特稿隆重推出,期望与广大武术同仁分享之,共鸣引发,共同奋斗之。
Mr. Luo Weimin’s article “Past, Present and Future of Wushu” is a comprehensive and systematic review of the past and present of Chinese Wushu. Based on the Chinese traditional martial arts soil, the article grasps the essence of martial arts and realistically asks for the emergence and development of martial arts and its rich connotation objectively and truthfully. It accurately describes and summarizes the current status and survival and development status of Chinese martial arts. Outwardly, scientifically delineated the development of martial arts for quite a long period of time. The article has both theoretical guidance and practical work inspiration and operability. It not only has high housing construction and practical value, but also has the practical value to the government department in charge of the development of Wushu and the academia concerned with the development of Wushu and the practitioners engaged in the development of Wushu. There should be great enlightenment. Fortunately, this publication is a masterpiece, features a grand launch, and colleagues hope to share with the majority of martial arts, resonance triggered by the common struggle.
