Foreign language teaching workers to choose the correct teaching mode, optimize the curriculum system, adjust the traditional teaching objectives for science and engineering students to carry out complex talents basic way. The purpose of this paper is to study and construct the model of cultivating students ’comprehensive English ability in science and engineering, in order to solve various problems encountered by students in English learning and to improve students’ comprehensive English skills. With the development of the times, with the influx of smart phones into the learning life of college students, students can not only learn through computer terminals, but also can download all kinds of English learning software and English communication platform by mobile phones
