情报资料室(图书馆)是科研院所的重要组成部门,担负着为科研人员提供知识信息服务的重要职能。要提升情报资料室的服务能力,一方面要靠主管部门的重视和支持,另一方面就是要靠情报资料室自身的努力,通过提高工作人员整体素质、强化文献资源特色建设、加强团队组织管理等措施,以优质高效的服务来获得科研人员的认同。提升情报资料室服务能力,既需要考虑人的因素,也需要考虑资源的因素,在此基础上,通过科学合理的组织管理,从而发挥其社会效益。
