高性能航空燃油泵的设计是提高航空发动机燃油控制系统性能的关键技术之一。在充分利用传统设计技术以及经验参数的基础上,提出了基于Bezier曲线的离心泵参数化设计方法;该方法充分考虑离心泵气蚀效应和效率等性能,对离心泵的子午面流道及三维叶轮进行参数化设计,并结合计算流体力学(CFD)方法对离心叶轮进行数值验证。最后,采用该设计方法,针对某大流量离心泵叶轮进行了参数化设计。结果表明,发展的参数化设计方法适用于高性能燃油泵离心叶轮的设计,该离心叶轮达到了设计指标,效率高达94.0%,并具有良好的变工况性能。该设计方法为后期发展燃油泵离心叶轮的全三维优化设计提供有效的技术基础。
Design of high performance aviation fuel pump is one of the key technologies to improve the performance of aeroengine fuel control system. Based on the full use of traditional design techniques and empirical parameters, a parametric design method of centrifugal pump based on Bezier curve is proposed. This method fully considers the performance of centrifugal pump such as cavitation effect and efficiency, Impeller parametric design, combined with computational fluid dynamics (CFD) method of centrifugal impeller numerical verification. Finally, using this design method, a parametric design of a large flow centrifugal pump impeller is carried out. The results show that the developed parametric design method is suitable for the design of centrifugal impeller of high performance fuel pump. The centrifugal impeller achieves the design index with the efficiency as high as 94.0% and has good performance under variable conditions. The design method provides an effective technical basis for the full three-dimensional optimization design of the centrifugal pump impeller in the late development.
