伤寒是一种急性肠道传染病,是全球性的公共卫生问题。其发病率在中国位于前十位,目前降低伤寒感染率和死亡率有效方法之一就是接种疫苗。本文对目前常用伤寒疫苗的免疫效果和存在的问题以及新型疫苗的研究进行了综述。
Typhoid fever is an acute intestinal infectious disease and is a global public health problem. Its incidence in China is in the top ten. Currently, one of the effective ways to reduce the rate of typhoid fever and mortality is vaccination. This review summarizes the immunological effects and existing problems of the current typhoid vaccines and the new vaccines.
