半侧颜面萎缩症,幼年发病,成年形成畸形,可波及软组织和骨骼。我科收治1例,对其鼻翼过小畸形采用耳甲腔复合组织瓣游离移植整复,效果良好,报道如下:患者吕××,女,21岁。自9岁起左侧面部发育迟缓,致左额、颧、眶、颊凹陷,左鼻翼过小畸形。1988年12月在我科作左额、颧、颊凹陷畸形整复术治疗。1989年4月12日要求整复左鼻翼畸形入院。检
