本研究旨在观察口腔糜烂性扁平苔藓患者在牙龈和颊粘膜局部应用类固醇药物后吸收的量,并通过血、尿可的松水平的测定来评价对肾上腺的抑制。作者选择求治于Baylor牙科学院口腔中心,经活检确诊为糜烂性扁平苔藓的10名患者,另选择8名无口腔疾患者作对照。全部受试者半年内均未用过类固醇药物。先在第1天取各患者的血、尿标本后将0.05%氟新诺龙酯500mg1日3次局部涂抹于牙龈与颊粘膜上,
The aim of this study was to investigate the amount of topical steroid absorption in oral and buccal mucosa of patients with oral erosive lichen planus and to evaluate the effects on the adrenal gland by measuring blood and urine cortisol levels. The author chose to seek treatment in the Baylor College of Dental Center oral biopsy diagnosed as erosive lichen planus of 10 patients, and the other eight non-oral diseases were selected as a control.
