龙门铣床推动工作台的进给箱以往的典型设计是双蜗轮一差动轮系式。本文针对这种进给箱耗能多,体积大、结构繁杂、可靠性低、工艺性差等弱点,提出了新的设计方案。该设计是将结构上的改进与优化设计紧密结合,获得了较好的效果。文中对结构改进、优化设计过程以及新进给箱与原进给箱性能比较等等均做了较为详细的介绍。
Gantry milling machine to promote the work table feed box The typical design of the past is a double worm wheel differential system. In this paper, a new design scheme is put forward for the disadvantages of such a feeder box, such as high energy consumption, large volume, complicated structure, low reliability and poor manufacturability. The design is the structural improvement and optimization of design closely integrated and achieved good results. In the paper, the structural improvement, the process of optimization design, the performance comparison between the new feeder box and the original feeder box are all introduced in detail.
