导语国务院早在1999年6月发布的《关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》中明确指出:要“重视培养学生收集信息的能力,获取新知识的能力,分析和解决问题的能力,语言文字表达能力以及团体协作和社会活动的能力”。高等职业院校开设大学语文,旨在加强大学生在以上六项目标的培养,在中学语文学习的基础上,进一步提高思想文化素养和语言文字能力,以期在毕业后能胜任国家和社会给予的职业、岗位,这已是放在我们每个职业院校语文教师面前不争的课题。根据心理学家的大量研究,一个人的个体素质、心理状态往往决定了他的事业成败。因此,评价大学生的素质好坏,主要来自于对其心理状态的评定。在很多时候,他们仅仅因为碍于某些不能自我察觉的心理障碍,而失去了应该属于自己的成功和喜悦,在一定程度上阻滞了自我价值的实现。语文课教学“文道统一”的特殊功能,可以在教学过程中,通过对学生的持久训练,逐渐使他们获得比较健康的认知和比较良好的心态,语文教学中的心理指导起到了举足轻重的作用。
