The knowledge of elemental compounds occupies a very important position in chemistry teaching in middle schools. Students believe that on the one hand, they feel that the burden of memory is particularly heavy. On the other hand, they think that the potential for thinking has not been fully exerted. When analyzing and answering questions, they cannot always be handy. It does not stimulate learning interest. Teachers are also troubled by the complexity and monotony of descriptive materials. If we adopt a teaching method that is based on textbooks and cumbersome lists and straightforward narration in our review, not only students are bored, but teachers are also ignorant. In view of this situation, in recent years we have made some explorations on how to strengthen the systematicness, regularity and interest of knowledge, and strengthen students’ intentional memory in the review.
