我院自2003年5月-2005年10月采用HK-109型低能量体外冲击波碎石机(KSWL)治疗肾结石396例,疗效满意,并发症轻微,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料本组肾结石患者396例,男224例,女172例,年龄17-80岁,平均48岁。其中上中盏结石236例,下盏结石103例,肾盂结石57例。治疗前行X线或B超检查作结石定位诊断,并排除原发性尿路梗阻病变。本组患者入选标准肾结石直径≤2.0cm。1.2治疗方法全部患者均采用HK-109型低能量电磁波碎石机治疗。采用B超定位。治疗过程中对结石作多切面
Our hospital from May 2003 to October 2005 using HK-109 low-energy extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (KSWL) treatment of 396 cases of kidney stones, with satisfactory results, minor complications, are as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 396 patients with renal stones in this group, 224 were male and 172 females, aged 17-80 years, mean 48 years. Among them, 236 cases of upper calyx stones, 103 cases of lower calyx stones and 57 cases of renal pelvis stones. Before treatment, X-ray or B-ultrasound for diagnosis of stone positioning, and rule out the primary urinary tract obstruction lesions.
