近年来,邮政岗位培训工作在取得很大成绩的同时,也存在着一些问题,本文想就此谈些粗浅的看法。一、工学矛盾要解决好。在企业里,一方面,生产部门经常讲人员素质低;另一方面,教育部门举办培训时,又很难招到人。要解决好这个问题,必须注意以下3点:一是管生产的领导要提高认识,重视职工岗位培训;二是要选择合适的培训时间;三是培训方式要因地制宜,课时计划要得当。总之,形式要多样,教育要结合生产实际,这样才能合理解决工学矛盾。二、要克服岗位培训中的短期行为。职工岗位培训
