目的:观察香青兰有效部位滴丸(简称香青兰滴丸)对Beagle犬血流动力学的影响。方法:采用麻醉开胸犬在体心脏,分别测定十二指肠给予香青兰滴丸25,50,100 mg.kg-1后血压、心率、左心室和心脏泵血功能、总外周阻力、冠脉流量及冠脉阻力的变化。结果:香青兰滴丸50,100 mg.kg-1降低冠脉阻力(CR),总外周阻力(TPR)和左室舒张末期压(LVEDP),减少左室做功(LVW),明显降低收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和平均动脉压(MAP),增加每百克心肌的血流量(CF)。结论:香青兰滴丸对Beagle犬心脏功能有一定的调节和改善作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of Shanqinglan effective drip pills (Xiang Qinglan pills) on hemodynamics in Beagle dogs. Methods: Anesthetic thoracodorsal dogs were used to measure the blood pressure, heart rate, left ventricular and cardiac pump function, total peripheral resistance, and coronary artery in the duodenum after administration of 25, 50 and 100 mg.kg-1 Flow and coronary resistance changes. Results: Xianglanlan dripping pills 50,100 mg.kg-1 reduced coronary resistance (CR), total peripheral resistance (TPR) and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), decreased left ventricular work (LVW), decreased systolic blood pressure SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), and mean arterial pressure (MAP), increasing blood flow per hectogram of myocardium (CF). Conclusion: Hongqilan dripping pills can regulate and improve the heart function of Beagle dogs.
