目的：测定通脉活络丸中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法：用甲醇边提取边皂化，然后用氯仿正丁醇（２∶１） 萃取等步骤制成供试品，以薄层扫描法测定，λＳ＝５３０ ｎｍ ，λＲ＝ ６８０ ｎｍ 。结果：平均回收率为９７．４７％ ，ＲＳＤ＝２ ．４２ ％ ，两批样品中黄芪甲苷的含量分别为０ ．０３８ ９ ％ 和０．０４１ ５％ 。结论：该方法较为简便，经济。
Objective: To determine the content of Astragaloside Ⅳ in Tongmai active pills. Methods: Saponification was carried out with methanol and then extracted with chloroform - n - butanol (2: 1). The sample was determined by TLCS with λS = 530 nm and λR = 680 nm. Results: The average recovery was 97.47% with RSD = 2. 42%, two batches of samples Astragaloside content were 0. 038 9% and 0.041 5%. Conclusion: This method is simple and economical.
