根据授课情况观察分析,职业院校学生在学习方面存在多元化特点,即优秀生与差等生在学习认知、学习态度和学习策略上存在着明显的差异。由于学生学习过程中主观与客观情况各不相同,因此在学生学习方面存在的问题也各有不同。高职院校的学生管理部门及教学部门应根据学生学习方面存在的问题,分类分层对待,高度重视,齐抓共管,使其在学校学到一技之长,为社会、为国家奉献应有之力。
According to the observation and analysis of the teaching situations, there are many characteristics in the study of vocational students, that is, outstanding students and poor students have obvious differences in learning cognition, learning attitudes and learning strategies. Due to the different subjective and objective conditions of students’ learning process, there are different problems in student learning. The student management department and the teaching department in higher vocational colleges should give priority to stratification according to the existing problems in the study of students, attach great importance to them and make concerted efforts so that they can learn a skill in school and contribute their dedication to society and for the country .
