作者通过动物实验观察到中药五灵丸能有效地阻止复合病因所致大鼠肝硬变形成.9.0 g/kg与4.5 g/kg二组均使酶活性恢复正常,血清SGPT由884±217nmol/s降至667±133nmol/s;SGOT由1717±550nmol/s降至1284±267 nmol/s;γ-谷氨酰转酞酶(γ-GT)由350±101nmol/s降至206±30nmol/s.五灵丸能加强胶原排泄,抑制肝纤维增生,可使尿中羟脯氨酸(HYP)排泄由0.39±0.05 mmol/24 h增至0.62±0.06mmol/24 h,肝匀浆中HYP由0.62±0.08 mmol/24 h降至0.39±0.03 mmol/24 h,血清中HYP,由0.30±0.03mmol/24 h降至0.24±0.02 mmol/24h;另血清脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)由10.8±2.5μmol/L降至7.9±2.5μmol/L.此外五灵丸能提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活力,清除甘油三酯(TG)在体内的蓄积.实验说明五灵丸对肝组织损伤的修复、阻止肝脂肪性变、防止慢性肝炎向肝硬变转化有较好的作用.
The authors observed through animal experiments that Wuling Pill can effectively prevent cirrhosis caused by compound etiology in rats. Both 9.0 g/kg and 4.5 g/kg of the two groups made the enzyme activity return to normal. The serum SGPT was 884±217 nmol/ s decreased to 667±133 nmol/s; SGOT decreased from 1717±550 nmol/s to 1284±267 nmol/s; γ-glutamyl transterase (γ-GT) decreased from 350±101 nmol/s to 206±30 nmol/s s. Wuling Pill can strengthen collagen excretion and inhibit hepatic fibrosis, and increase the excretion of hydroxyproline (HYP) in urine from 0.39±0.05 mmol/24 h to 0.62±0.06 mmol/24 h. HYP in liver homogenate From 0.62±0.08 mmol/24 h to 0.39±0.03 mmol/24 h, serum HYP decreased from 0.30±0.03 mmol/24 h to 0.24±0.02 mmol/24 h; serum lipid peroxide MDA ( MDA) decreased from 10.8±2.5μmol/L to 7.9±2.5μmol/L. In addition, Wulingwan can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and clear the accumulation of triglyceride (TG) in vivo. Lingwan has a good effect on the repair of liver tissue damage, prevention of hepatic steatosis, and prevention of chronic hepatitis to liver cirrhosis.
