随着全球经济一体化的发展,培养外语+专业的复合型人才逐渐成为各高校追求的基本目标之一。但各高校学生、师资以及教学条件和培养模式的不同,双语教学模式无法照搬。本文通过研究与实践进一步明确了西方经济学进行双语教学的必要性和教学目标,通过分析我校双语教学实施过程中的困难所在,总结两年来的研究与实践经验,提出如何建设适应我校经济学双语教学的师资队伍、教学模式、教材,保障、激励制度和措施等建议。
With the development of global economic integration, it is becoming one of the basic goals pursued by various colleges and universities to train multi-lingual professionals with foreign languages and majorities. However, different college students, teachers and teaching conditions and training mode, bilingual teaching mode can not be copied. This paper further clarifies the necessity and teaching objectives of bilingual teaching in western economics by studying and practicing. By analyzing the difficulties in the implementation of bilingual teaching in our university, this article summarizes the research and practical experience in the past two years and puts forward some suggestions on how to adapt our economy Bilingual teaching teaching staff, teaching mode, teaching materials, protection, incentives and measures such as recommendations.
