“创新”最早出自于美国经济学家熊·彼特的经济著作中,之后便成为普遍流行的学术用语,并在经济学、管理学、社会学、政治学、教育学等学科中广为传播。现在“创新”已成为一个基本的价值观,成为知识经济时代人们大力弘扬的观念。江泽民指出:创新是民族进步的灵魂;是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。同样,“创新”也是档案管理领域保持蓬勃发展的动力与源泉。
