肺具有选择性地摄取药物并改变其药代动力学功能,降低药物的生物利用度,改善其对肺疾患的治疗效应。药物在肺内大量蓄积则可能引起肺毒性。因此,研究肺对药代动力学的作用具有重要意义。
The lungs selectively take drugs and change their pharmacokinetics, reduce their bioavailability and improve their therapeutic effects on lung conditions. Large accumulation of drugs in the lungs may cause pulmonary toxicity. Therefore, the study of pulmonary pharmacokinetics is of great significance.
