当前昆山外来人口比例较大,由于学生来自五湖四海,不同的地域和背景文化导致学生行为和习惯的不同。班级的管理也就成了对班主任耐心的挑战。作为学校的高年级班级,经过一年级的制度建设抓学风,二年级的强化常规抓活动,三年级民主管理抓班干,四年级师生融洽共进步的理念,班级逐渐形成成熟的班级氛围。
At present, there is a large proportion of migrant population in Kunshan. As students come from all over the world, different geographical and background cultures lead to different behaviors and habits of students. Class management has also become a patient teacher’s challenge. As a senior grade class in school, after graduation, the first grade system grasps the style of study, the second grade strengthens the routine and grasps activities, the third grade democratic management grasps the class work, the fourth grade teachers and students get along well with each other, and the class gradually forms a mature class atmosphere.
