为了进一步验证篮球俱乐部的组织形式在职业学校中的可行性,设计了篮球教学俱乐部组织形式和传统的体育锻炼组织教学模式与传统教学模式都有显著的差异。俱乐部体育教学模式在目前体育教学改革和发展进程中呼声最高,成为高校体育教学改革和发展研究中的焦点。体育教学俱乐部是在借鉴国外先进教学经验的基础上登上了我国高校校园的舞台,体育俱乐部型的教学采用一种非常灵活多样的方式来开展教学活动,它把教学重点从长期的教学以教为重点转移到教与学并重上来,充分体现学生的主导作用,从学生身心特点、个性特点、气质类型、兴趣爱好等多方面因素出发,有利于学生终身体育行为习惯的养成。
