国家新闻出版署音像司副司长寇晓伟1月14日在郑州参加了河南省新闻出版局召开的“电子出版物演示讲解暨’98音像电子出版选题论证会”,并做出了关于国内外的音像电子出版现状及发展前景的重要讲话,记者在会议间隙采访了他。 他谈到,目前,音像电子出版在国际上是处于上升的势头,1996年世界排名前5名的唱片公司销售额均超过40亿美元,最高达70亿美元。美国是电子出版大国,近些年的发展是惊人的。应该注意到,新媒体的开发利用是世界发展的主流,也是新的经济生长增长点。
